Nigeria

Nigeria, officially the Federal Republic of Nigeria, is a country in West Africa. Nigeria is a federal republic comprising of 36 states. The capital is Abuja. It’s largest city is Lagos and also one of the largest cities in the world and is the largest in Africa.

Nigeria has a few hundred surviving elephants. The largest herd is in Yankari National Park, with smaller relict populations in the forests of southern Nigeria and the savannah of northern Nigeria.
